By hiring Pristine Clean Cairns, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Appointments and Scheduling
• Booking: All services must be booked in advance through Phone Number/Email/Website.
• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24/48 hours before the scheduled cleaning date. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of 50%
• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule cleaning appointments with at least 24 hours notice. We will try to accommodate your preferred reschedule time, but availability may vary.
Pricing and Payments
• Pricing: Our prices are based on the scope of work, size of the area to be cleaned, and frequency of service. A full price breakdown will be provided prior to the service.
• Payment: Payment is due on the day of service, and can be made via Cash, or Bank Transfer.
• Late Fees: A late fee of 10% will apply for payments made after 5 of Days days post-service.
Client Responsibilities
• Access to Property: The client must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes ensuring that keys, codes, or any necessary entry information are available.
• Pets and Animals: Clients should ensure that pets are safely secured during the cleaning process, as our staff cannot be responsible for pets.
• Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for securing valuable or fragile items before the cleaning service. We are not liable for damage to personal items that are not securely stored or protected.
• Health and Safety: Clients should inform us of any allergies or health conditions that might affect cleaning procedures (e.g., use of chemicals or cleaning products).
Liability and Damages
• Liability: We take every precaution to ensure that cleaning services are performed with care. However, Pristine Clean Cairns is not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues in the property.
